Update - Update - We've started to receive ACK3 processing from ESG. We'll provide an update within next 30 minutes.

Monitoring - Please note, there was scheduled maintenance declared by ESG for this past weekend however our observability of ESG processing reflects lack of ACK3 since late Friday night. Submissions, ACK1 and ACK2 processing appears normal. We see no ACK3 responses from ESG over the weekend and none so far today, Monday 6/30. We'll update here as we learn.

Investigating - We are observing processing delays and delays in receiving ACK3 from the FDA. Impacted records have initial submission times starting 6pm eastern time, June 18th. This does not appear to impact processing or return of ACK1 or ACK2. We are working with CDRH to get status updates from them and will update this page when additional information is available.
